Czech out the events in Cuba!
Every March Cuba hosts the famous Rock-A-Thon, a week long event that features food, entertainment and rocking in rocking chairs for over 160 continuous hours. Cuba also plays host to the Harvest Festival annually each July, the Harvest Festival features a parade, tractor show and dance along with great food and sand volleyball. There is much to see and do in Cuba, stop in anytime for some outstanding hometown hospitality or plan to attend one of the great events held in Cuba.
Rock-A-Thon
For well over 30 years the Cuba community has hosted the Annual Rock-A-Thon. A week long festival featuring great food, family fun and hometown hospitality at its finest. The feature of the Rock-A-Thon is the two rocking chairs that are in continuous motion throughout the entire time, both day and night.
The Rock-A-Thon features different themes every day such as Czech Day, Good Neighbor Day, Family Day and more. The entertainment throughout the week is second to none and has drawn in both local and national entertainers.
Crafts and Baked goods on sale every day along with daytime and evening meals and entertainment. This celebration of the Czech heritage in this region Czech Day on Tuesday with live entertainment, foods, music, crafts and a Saturday night auction.
Harvest Festival
The third Saturday in July features the annual Cuba Harvest Festival. This event celebrates a successful harvest by the local farmers. The Harvest Festival features a parade, live music, sand vollyball, food stands, a tractor show and more.
Cuba Hometown Christmas
Join us this holiday season for the Annual Cuba Hometown Christmas. Craft fair, live nativity, Santa Claus and much more. The Hometown Christmas is held that Saturday after Thanksgiving and is welcome to all.
